Shipping and Delivery
Due to COVID-19, we may experience delays in shipping time. Pharos is an online store for now and is still operating. We thank you for your continued support. Stay safe.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail within the United States. Free shipping for orders over $40. Packages shipped First Class Mail will take 3 - 5 business days from the day shipped to arrive and packages shipped Priority Mail will take 2 - 3 business days from the day shipped to arrive.
Holiday products last day to ship will correspond with the holiday scheduled time listed.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges or refunds are available for 30 days from purchase date. If returning item more than 30 days from purchase we will not offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Contact us to request a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and when to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and correct the issue in a timely manner.
